Why Move?

Exercising during pregnancy has incredible  benefits for both the pregnant person and their baby.
Exercise may reduce stress in the pregnant person, and promote favorable outcomes for the fetus
150 minutes of exercise/week can reduce the risk of gestational diabetes, high blood pressure and preeclampsia, and preterm birth
Exercising during pregnancy may lead to less pain and a quicker postpartum recovery period
