Jenny Andersen

Owner and Instructor

I am a mom of two and a 200 hour certified Yoga instructor, a Certified Prenatal Fitness Instructor, and a soon to be Certified Postpartum Fitness Instructor. I have been teaching movement to prenatal and postpartum people since 2017. I love moving my body in all kinds of ways. When I'm not strength training, you can find me dancing, hiking, or resting with a book and a cat. In addition to movement certifications, I am also a Certified Postpartum Doula, a Certified Lactation Counselor and a Certified Meditation Instructor.
